Description
Casualties: Unknown, arriving on November 9, 2026, is an unforgiving cave-exploration survival simulator from developer Orsoniks and publisher Oro Interactive. Set on a hostile alien world, you play one of thousands of test subjects forced by your captors to descend through 11 distinct subterranean layers to recover lost cargo — and to survive whatever the planet throws at you. It’s notable for its brutal, survival-focused gameplay loop, layered environmental hazards, and a focus on pressure-cooker decision-making rather than handholding. Officially announced platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S.
