With release day almost here, the Steam listing for Star Wars Zero Company still doesn’t show Denuvo among its notices. As of August 19, 2026, the page lists features like Single-player, Steam Cloud and achievements, plus the usual account requirements, but there’s no “Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Denuvo Anti-tamper” line that typically appears on Steam when a game includes it.
That doesn’t mean the conversation is over, but it does set expectations for launch week. Steam’s notices are the clearest public indicator of whether a game ships with Denuvo, and for now, they’re silent on it for Zero Company.
What the PC listing actually says
On the store page, EA and Bit Reactor confirm the basics: Zero Company is a single-player, turn-based tactics game, due on August 27, 2026, with support for Steam achievements and cloud saves. The notice block also states that an Internet connection, a linked EA Account and a Steam Account are required to play. Those account checks are separate from Denuvo and are standard for recent EA releases on Steam. You can see all of that directly on the game’s Steam listing.
EA’s own page reiterates the August 27 date and cross-platform release on PC and consoles, without any mention of Denuvo in its consumer-facing materials. That tracks with how publishers usually handle anti-tamper details, which are typically surfaced on store pages rather than in marketing copy. The date and platform rundown is available on EA’s preorder page.
