That’s a false positive Trojan detection. You can restore the file, or add the game’s .exe file to Windows Security exclusions. Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Exclusions → Add or remove exclusions → Add an exclusion → File game

It's already cracked, but there is an online fix for it
