Hearth and Hamlet launches on Aug 19, 2026, and comes from Phorust Studios with publishing duties handled by Runic Forge and Gamersky Games; it’s been announced for PC (Windows), Linux, and — based on official platform listings — also for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It’s a medieval city-builder with a clicker/idle twist: you begin at a single campfire and expand into a kingdom through research, laws, trade and layered upgrade trees, mixing hands-on resource management with more relaxed idle progression. What makes it notable is that blend of deep tech trees and casual, pick-up-and-play mechanics set against a low-pressured, settlement-building loop.
