Description
Silver Pines arrives October 8, 2026, and it's a survival-horror metroidvania from developer Wych Elm and publisher Team17 that’s been announced for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. Set in a claustrophobic small-town America, you play a protagonist hunting answers through branching, interconnected areas while conserving scarce resources, solving environmental puzzles and facing grotesque, nightmarish foes — a moodier, exploration-first blend of horror and RPG progression. It’s notable for its Metroid-style map gating married to tense survival mechanics, promising atmosphere over cheap scares and careful, deliberate combat.
